Lead Well Driller for a Renowned Drilling Company in Stockholm

Are you a well driller with leadership qualities and a sense of responsibility? We are currently seeking a lead well driller for a well-established team in Stockholm.

About the Role

As a lead well driller, you will be responsible for ensuring that drilling is carried out with the highest quality and efficiency. The role also involves:

• Monitoring and optimizing the capacity and function of the drillers.
• Participating in morning meetings with clients, construction meetings, and financial meetings.
• Maintaining a structured construction log and communicating changes based on construction meetings.
• Supporting and leading other well drillers in the team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and service
• Is structured and has good communication skills
• Has some knowledge of contract law and can read technical descriptions
• Is a reliable leader that colleagues can depend on

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified well driller
• CE driving license
• Experience in the foundation industry, such as piling or sheet piling
